everything was perfect at this absolutely great hotel. the staff were very helpful and affable. it was new-fashioned, beautiful and with a view. the setting was marvellous, just next door to a station as well as bts skytrain and shopping mall. the service was excellent, including an early check-in.
The staff was quite rude.
